Our Story
Sinclair Realty was created as a boutique real estate office by Matthew Sinclair and Ken Beyea. Ken has well over 18 years of experience in real estate and new construction. Every Realtor is hand selected by the Broker to ensure that clients will be in knowledgeable hands. Each realtor has their own niche that they specialize in to better assist with potential clients. Our diverse team of Realtors come from all over the world, including our very own Florida Natives.
